Business verification

Complete KYC in the Payloqa dashboard before you can go live. You can sign in and explore while review is in progress.

  1. Open Business verification in the dashboard after sign-in.
  2. Fill in your business details (type, registration, tax ID, address, and contacts).
  3. Upload required documents (registration, tax certificate, ID, proof of address; board resolution for companies when applicable).
  4. Submit for review.
  5. If Payloqa needs more information, you will see feedback in the dashboard — update and resubmit.
  6. After approval and account activation, sk_live_ keys become available.
